This information covers your warranty on the various parts of your spa. The company 'The American Hot Tub Company' will honour the warranty unless it is deemed that any damage or defects have been caused through misuse, modification or negligence.

 

Any attempts to alter, change or tamper with the spa's structure or parts by anyone other than The American Hot Tub Company engineers will deem the warranties null and void. Warranties will only be honoured when all monies are paid in full. Call out and labour charges will not be incurred for genuine manufacturing defects. If it is deemed that damages or defects have been caused by misuse or negligence then a charge will be incurred by the end user.

Spa Shell (lifetime): The American Hot Tub Company warrants the Spa Shell to the customer against water loss due to structural failure for as long as the customer shall own the spa.

Plumbing (2 years parts and labour): The American Hot Tub Company warrants the factory installed plumbing components, specifically jets, air injectors, glued fittings, plumbing, pipes, filter canisters and hoses, against water loss due to defect in workmanship and materials to the customer for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase.

Shell Surface (10 years): The American Hot Tub Company warrants the interior surface against blistering, cracking, peeling and delaminating to the customer for 10 years from the original date of purchase.

Equipment and Components (2 years parts and labour): The American Hot Tub Company warrants the spa's equipment, specifically spa electrical pack and control panel, against malfunction due to defects in the 2 years from the original date of purchase.
